SemeaTech has released a new product, the
4AsH3-1 &
4AsH3-10 sensors, for applications in gas monitoring in environments
where AsH3 (hydrogen arsenide) may be present, such as semiconductor
production. The AsH3 sensor can also be used for gas monitoring in metal
smelting, processing, storage, and other chemical environments. Based
on our proprietary electrochemical technology, the 4AsH3 sensor has
excellent linearity, repeatability, environmental dependency, and
long-term stability.
